Natural Beauty is one of my true passions. I love knowing that what I'm putting onto my skin is pure, safe, not tested on animals, works well and has side benefits rather than side effects.

Have you started to detoxing your life or maybe you're wondering how or where to start?

It's been just over a year since I got more first order of oils & I haven't looked back, only forward.

We've literally overhauled our lives from our cleaning products to our personal care. A great place to start is with your beauty products. You can literally make beautiful products with things you probably already have in your pantry.

Swapping out my beauty products has made huge impact on my overall wellbeing. I've gone from spending hundreds of dollars and adding to land fill, not to mention the side effects to my health to making my own products, using essential oils to up my self care and my beauty regime.

This simple swap supports my wellbeing, reduces my carbon footprint as well as save my back pocket.

Try this favourite recipe of mine, it's a winner for a facial or body scrub.

Grapefruit is a citrus oil which is cold pressed form the rind of the fruit. It's known to be an astringent that is brightening and cleansing for the skin. It is also used to diminish the appearance of cellulite due to it's detoxifying and stimulant properties. It's an uplifting aroma that's been used to support a healthy self image, being the oil honouring the body. It can teach the individual true respect and appreciation for one's physical body.

Peppermint is the oil of a buoyant heart, it's uplifting, invigorating and an all round feel good oil. It brings joy to the heart and soul. Peppermint also invigorates body, mind and spirit, reminding individuals that life can be happy and they don't need to be controlled by fear.

The two combined make for a beautiful morning or evening scrub. I love to use mine form head to toe in the shower of an evening. Especially in the Winter months when my skin can be a little dry. The added coconut oil leaves your skin feeling smooth and hydrated, with no need to moisturise afterwards.
