Hey there! I'm Edwina, your go-to guide for navigating the wild ride that is perimenopause (and beyond!)—with the help of Ayurveda and Yoga, but without all the strict rules. Think ancient wisdom, modern flow, and a little less “pretzel” yoga.

After two decades in corporate, I swapped suits for yoga pants, and it was the best decision ever. Now, I help women like you rediscover balance, joy, and a little sparkle (minus the overwhelm). Whether it’s getting through peri-menopause or finding peace amidst the chaos, I've got you covered.

Motherhood has thrown some curveballs my way (hello, adrenal fatigue and post-natal depression), but it’s also led me to my calling: helping other women find balance, freedom, and a sense of ease through Ayurveda, yoga, and a dash of essential oils. It’s all about living beautifully with grace.

India holds a special place in my heart. Every year, my dear friend and Ayurveda Teacher, Katie Rose and I lead women on pilgrimage there, diving deep into its spiritual essence while embracing its vibrant, chaotic beauty.

When I'm not planning a trip or mentoring, you’ll find me learning to surf with my boys, pottering in the garden, reading a good period novel, or diving deeper into Ayurveda.

My spiritual practice has been a game-changer for me, and we’re currently embarking on the next adventure: moving onto acreage to build our dream sustainable home. Our goal is to live simply and in harmony with nature.
