Hi, I’m Edwina your summit host— yoga teacher, Ayurvedic guide, mama of two boys, and founder of Marigold Membership, a space where I support women to navigate perimenopause with grounded, natural, and sacred tools. I live off-grid on the Mid North Coast of NSW, and I’m devoted to removing the fluff from wellness and bringing it back to what’s real, embodied, and nourishing.
I'm excited to bring you this free perimenopasue summit and the real conversations with some the most respected and influential women in the space of women's health, yoga and ayurveda.

Bianca Clayton
A chiropractor and movement specialist who helps people reconnect with their bodies through DNS, breath-work, and mindful movement. She’s passionate about the link between the physical and emotional body.

Jody Vassallo
A yoga teacher, Ayurvedic health coach, and author of The Yogic Kitchen and other beloved cookbooks. She guides women to reconnect with their bodies and cycles through practical Ayurveda, yoga, and nourishing food — especially in midlife.

Jane McCann
Known as The Middle Aged Goddess, Jane is a speaker and content creator inspiring women to embrace midlife with humour, honesty, and heart. Her real talk on menopause, mental health, and aging well empowers women to celebrate this season unapologetically.

A yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, and author devoted to bhakti, Ayurveda, and women’s mysteries. Through her books, trainings, and Bhakti Rose community, she guides women to honour life’s sacred transitions with devotion and practical wisdom.

Kimberley Ann Johnson
A somatic experiencing practitioner, sexological bodyworker, and author. She guides women to heal their nervous systems, reclaim their bodies, and honour life’s rites of passage — from birth to perimenopause — with embodied truth and radical self-trust.

Laura Plumb
An internationally loved teacher of Ayurveda, Jyotish, and Yoga. She guides people to align with ancient Vedic wisdom for radiant health, spiritual connection, and living in harmony with nature.

Rachael Pole
A dietitian, Certified Fast Like a Girl Coach, yoga teacher, and passionate advocate for seasonal, feminine well-being. Through her Nourish. Fast. Thrive. work, she guides women to align their fasting, nourishment, and rituals with their cycles — supporting sustainable energy, vitality, and deep body wisdom.

Rachel Noakes
A yoga teacher, therapist, and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant who’s spent 20+ years guiding people through life’s big transitions. She weaves Yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation into everyday life, helping others reconnect with their quiet inner wisdom.

Shae Spry
A yoga teacher, spiritual activist, and creativity coach helping people find connection, joy, and purpose — even when life feels hard.
