In this online program for women, we bring the ancient wisdom of ayuveda into our modern life. To find an inner peace and vibrancy through simple daily practices, deepening our connection to shakti (Divine Feminine) and nourishing our bodies holistically.

Here's what we'll cover in the pre-recorded modules:

🦋 Ayurveda: the doshas, clock, natures rhythms and a deeper understanding of ayurveda in the feminine. 

🦋 Dinacharya, daily rituals that keep the body in a place of harmony and balance.

🦋 Sankalpa - we'll make our personal spiritual promise to anchor into the teachings and ensure postive change.

🦋 Sadhana and Bhakti, we'll be guided to cultivate a divine spiritual and devotional practice. As well as finding magic in our daily tasks.

🦋 Creating a Sacred Altar, bringing in the elements of nature, ancestry and beauty. 

🦋 Japa Meditation, we'll practice this beautiful mantra meditation with mala beads.

🦋 Shakti - divine feminine. We'll look at how we can tap into our intuition, as well a how and why tending your garden, creating art and beautifying your world will ignite shakti prana.  

🦋 Women's mysteries and health through the lens of ayurveda and how we can find balance, no matter what season we're in. We'll also learn how to make our own ayurvedic skincare.

Live Round

✨ Session 1: Ayurveda for Women – Returning to Feminine Wisdom

This is where we begin — by reconnecting to Ayurveda as a living, breathing wisdom tradition made for you as a woman. In this session, you’ll discover how feminine-form Ayurveda offers a softer, more intuitive path to healing than the linear, rule-based approaches we’ve been taught. You'll learn how to come home to your unique constitution (prakriti), understand imbalance (vikriti), and begin honouring your cycles, energy, and emotions in a deeply supportive way.

🕯️ Session 2: Sacred Living – Infusing Spirit into the Everyday

Ayurveda isn’t just about herbs and food — it’s about how we live. This session is all about making life sacred. You’ll learn how to bring more intention and spiritual connection into your daily rhythm — from the way you wake up to how you end your day. We’ll explore kitchen sadhana, mantra, prayer, space clearing, and small but powerful rituals that bring meaning, magic, and mindfulness into your everyday world.

🌿 Session 3: Sacred Daily Rituals for Feminine Radiance

Daily rhythms are the heart of Ayurvedic healing — but we do it the feminine way. In this session, we’ll explore beautiful, seasonal rituals that align with your energy, support your nervous system, and awaken your inner radiance. Think: self-massage, seasonal body care, herbal allies, cyclical living, and simple Ayurvedic practices that help you feel nourished, vibrant, and more yourself than ever before.

🍲 Session 4: Sacred Eating – Nourish Your Feminine Energy with Ayurveda

This is nourishment, reimagined. In this session, you'll explore Ayurvedic nutrition as a devotional, embodied practice. We’ll move away from food rules and toward intuitive eating rooted in energy, seasons, and your own inner cues. You’ll learn how to cook and eat in a way that enhances your digestion, supports your hormones, and truly sustains your life force (prana). This is eating like a goddess — with presence, pleasure, and deep reverence.

💫 Session 5: Healing Through the Koshas – Reclaiming Your Feminine Layers

You are not just a body. You are energy, emotion, intuition, and soul. In this session, we’ll explore the 5 Koshas — the subtle layers of being — and how they offer a map for deep feminine healing. You’ll learn how imbalance can manifest on different levels (physical, emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual), and how Ayurvedic and yogic practices can bring harmony to your whole being. This is deep, soulful healing — from the inside out.

🌺 Session 6: Sacred Heart Circle – Sharing, Integration & Embodiment

In our final session, we gather in sacred sisterhood to integrate, reflect, and embody everything you’ve learned. This is your space to share, be witnessed, and receive support as you carry this work forward into your daily life. Through gentle prompts, heart-centered discussion, and a closing ritual, you’ll leave feeling grounded, connected, and truly flourishing — in every sense of the word.

I created Ayurveda Flourish because I know firsthand how busy life can become, especially for women balancing careers, family, and personal well-being. Ayurveda has shown me that no matter the season of life, it's possible to find harmony and radiant health by tuning into our body's natural rhythms. I wanted to create a program that empowers women to take these practices and fit them into real life.

This program is designed to make ayurveda approachable and practical, giving busy women simple, effective tools to connect deeply with themselves and nurture their well-being. It’s a way to flourish in health and energy, without adding more stress, using Ayurveda as the path to vibrant living.

Since ayurveda became a part of my life, I’ve experienced profound blessings—from the subtle magic of daily rituals to the grace of feeling in flow with my body and environment. Embracing these sacred, healing practices has brought a sense of ease, joy, and purpose I’d love to share with others. With Ayurveda Flourish I hope to pass on these gifts, offering busy women a path to find that same sense of grounding, connection, and lightness in their everyday lives.

I'm Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Educator, Women's Retreat host and I have been in the wellness space for close to a decade. I'm a lifelong student!

I am wildly passionate about supporting women to live full, yet calm lives with joy in alignment with the seasons. All through the lens of Ayurveda and yoga.

Will guide you to truly ✨embody✨ the ancient practices and wisdoms of ayurveda to create positive change in your busy modern life, this is one of her super-powers. 

I believe that this is the secret sauce to living an abundant and happy life that you will fall head over heels love with, every damn day!

I'm not here to *tell* you what to do, more so offer you solutions and guidance on how you could create space, amplify your current practices or gain clarity on what could work for you.
