I'm Loving this Month of May 2024... Ayurveda and Perimenopause
May 06, 2024
Hi lovely,
As I write this wrap up email of all the things that I've been loving lately, the rain is falling outside, and it feels like it's never ending, but the garden is loving it. I've just cooked a big batch of pumpkin soup 🥣 which I've added the full recipe to my blog for you HERE and then we're off to watch the Knights vs The Warriors #mumofboys
🌹 I wanted to share something special with you...If you've been around here for a while you'll know that I trained with Katie Rose and completed her Ayurveda Goddess training, this program changed my life and my business - she's retiring the program and going out with a bang offering 30% off + bonuses! I highly recommend it for all women, it will support you in the most beautiful way. Check it our here.
🌼 We kicked off the Marigold Membership last week, and we're sparkling after our autumn cleanse last week, now we ease back into making better decisions that support our bodies to heal and feel amazing everyday! I'm looking forward to some wonderful guest teachers still to come this month, we'll learn about the practice of mudras and abyhanga massage - doors are currently closed and will re-open in June, get on the waitlist HERE.
✍🏻 I jumped last week into a wonderful creative writing course that I've been wanting to do since a friend recommended back in January, we had our first workshop last week down on the Central Coast and it didn't disappoint! I then took myself out to lunch HERE oh my goodness my taste buds were alive!
👩🏼🌾 Garden Update: I've recently planted some lovely Winter veggies including: Kale, rainbow chard, broccolini, beetroot and cauliflower. As well as some bee loving and edible flowers and a lovely new lavender shrub. I'm so impressed with my tulsi basil this season, I've been loving picking it to make fresh tulsi tea (an ayurvedic staple!). I haven't planted as much as we're selling our house and moving to acreage - watch his space!
What have you planted for Winter? Hit reply, I'd love to know.
Until next time, have a beautiful day!
Love Edwina x
