Session 1 Recording: Feminine Form Ayurveda

In today's session we covered Ayurveda as the ancient healing system of India or Wisdom of Life. We’re working with the feminine model, not the more linear masculine, clinical, as it isn’t serving us. We will connect into the divine feminine by working with the 3 pillars as my teachers have passed it down, this is how we are going to truly begin the inner healing.

These elements in many ways are, in my experience, more important than worrying about the doshas. (We dive deeper into those in my online program Ayurveda Flourish.)

This work we do now will have a ripple effect:

🌹 Shakti - energy of the Goddess. Ability to look at a broader picture and act with compassion.

💫 Bhakti - to live in loving devotion, relationship with god, the divine. Mother’s love, the Mother.

📿 Sadhana - conscious spiritual practice. Not so much what you’re doing but how you’re doing it. Magic in the mundane. Your formal sadhana informs the sadhana of your life.

Session 2 Recording: Ayurvedic Self Care Practices.

In this session we discussed personal growth, self-care, and the importance of aligning with nature's rhythms, emphasising the role of Ayurvedic practices in maintaining overall well-being. We also discussed the benefits of eating seasonally, the importance of balancing and calming foods in the diet, and the practice of Ayurvedic massage. We finished with a guided meditation to connect with the goddess energy present in their bodies and the world around them.

🌸 Where have I been feeling a resistance to the changes happening in my body and mind?

🌸 Can I acknowledge this resistance, name it and then find acceptance and make peace with it?

🌸 What can I do to build towards ojas?

Thank you for being a part of the past few days, whether you showed up live or caught the recordings you energy and love has been felt deeply in the circle.

Ayurveda Flourish is the next step for you...

An online program for the modern women to rediscover balance, nourish their body and soul, and embrace feminine form ayurveda's healing wisdom for a radiant, sparkly life.

I created Ayurveda Flourish because I know firsthand how busy life can become, especially for women balancing careers, family, and personal well-being. Ayurveda has shown me that no matter the season of life, it's possible to find harmony and radiant health by tuning into our body's natural rhythms. I wanted to create a program that empowers women to take these practices and fit them into real life.

This program is designed to make ayurveda approachable and practical, giving busy women simple, effective tools to connect deeply with themselves and nurture their well-being. It’s a way to flourish in health and energy, without adding more stress, using Ayurveda as the path to vibrant living.

Since ayurveda became a part of my life, I’ve experienced profound blessings—from the subtle magic of daily rituals to the grace of feeling in flow with my body and environment. Embracing these sacred, healing practices has brought a sense of ease, joy, and purpose I’d love to share with others. With Ayurveda Flourish I hope to pass on these gifts, offering busy women a path to find that same sense of grounding, connection, and lightness in their everyday lives.

I hope to see you inside, we are running a bonus live round this December and it's going to be so juicy! Then you will have FREE access to future live rounds, next one in February 2025.

Hi I’m Edwina, 48 year old lover of tea, yoga, gardening and essential oils, mama of two boys, living in our little urban homestead in Newcastle NSW, Australia.

I’ve found myself in my zero fucks era after spending my 20s & 30s worrying about being liked and making a fool of myself.

I’m here supporting women to joyfully embrace peri-menopause & beyond! I love this thriving community who are obsessed with feeling good naturally.

You’ll find me ‘trying’ to surf with my two sons, in the garden or my nose in a period novel or ayurveda book in my free time.

I became a yoga teacher & ayurveda guide and nutritionist + built a thriving online business in my 40s - all things I’d always wanted to do, but refer point two.

If you stick around here you’ll probably learn how to glow through peri-menopause, fall in love with essential oils and learn how a conscious spiritual practice will change your life.

I'm so glad you're here.Â
