Now I invite you to take some time to write a list of movements that bring you joy that you can come back to as well as some intentions around rest. you can find this in the Reset Journal on page 7. As we discussed these go hand in hand, so we can build strength and vitality in perimenepause.
Day 2: Hatha Yoga with Dani Woolhouse
